Perioperative Telehealth Evaluations™ was founded by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in perioperative evaluation and surgical optimization, created to deliver a higher standard of preoperative care through expert-led, virtual assessment.
The practice was built to address a persistent gap in surgical care: preventable delays, late starts, and same-day cancellations driven by incomplete or inconsistent preoperative evaluations. By combining deep perioperative expertise with structured, evidence-based workflows, each evaluation is designed to ensure patients arrive optimized, informed, and ready for surgery.

All preoperative evaluations are personally performed by the founder and lead Nurse Practitioner, ensuring clinical consistency, accountability, and continuity of care. Every assessment includes a comprehensive review of medical history, medications, functional capacity, diagnostics, and procedure-specific perioperative risk.
