Meet Virtually: Connect with your Nurse Practitioner via a HIPAA‑compliant video platform. Your Nurse Practitioner will compile the information sent and gathered to evaluate and create your perioperative evaluation, risk, and optimization plan

Following discussions with your surgeon and anesthesiologist(s), you may be invited to visit our patient marketplace to purchase items that will aid in your perioperative evaluation, optimization, and recovery process. Purchase of these items are optional.

Receive Your Report Within 24–48 hours your Evaluation and Optimization recommendation documentation is forwarded to your surgeon, anesthesia, or facility.
